How can we do it?
We are contracted with an overseas manufacturinf company, to produce our
own brand motors, and do not depend on dealers!
We also realize there is a small difference in the cost to manufacture
a manual override style motor head, vs the non-override type! So, we don't charge outrageous prices, for one motor type over
the other!
People very often ask me, how I can possibly beat the prices these
larger motor manufacturers charge?
The answer is really very simple....

I have a family run business, where everyone involved, is an owner,
and stockholder of the company! Being ownwers of the company, by Florida Law, each of us is exempt from workers compensation,
which saves tons of money!

Florida, is the second most expensive State, for Workers Compensation
Insurance, in the USA! (second, only to Texas) Approximately 1/3 of the average Florida wage, is paid,
to cover the compensation insurance!

Further, we don't maintain numerous offices, in other parts of the
world, which cost huge sums of money, to operate.

Even as a small company, we have the number one ranked website (Google
and Yahoo), for the repair of tubular motors. Why? Because, most tubular motor companies, refuse to repair even their
own products! They instead, want you to buy new motors!

We are Florida based, because Florida, is the primary location where
tubular motors are used, in the USA!

motor installed into a "Florida dwelling", is by law, a permanent improvement, to Florida real-estate, and is thus exempt

ea., and provide the Crown, & Drive adapters for free. We also provide the mounting plate, at no extra charge!
That is a full $157.30 less, than their list price, for their
non-override motor, and $286.05 less than the list price, for the Simu manual type
motor.
That is worth repeating! We sell the 100
Nm manual override, for less than half, of the Simu advertised price!
And again, understand that their prices have increased, since those numbers
were published. Their prices, are no longer published!

We have brand new 45 mm, tubular motors from as little as $155.00
each, with a five year, new motor warranty! Motors are sold over the counter, only! However
for local situations, the installation can be arranged, for an aditional fee.
45 mm motors fit 60 mm axles, and larger, and are used for shutters weighing up to 240
pounds (based on the 50 Nm motor)
57 mm motors start at $220.00 ea. (80 Nm), and are recomended for shutters
up to 280 pounds Weights are calculated, after systems loss.
We additionally offer 100 Nm, and 120 Nm motors, for shutters up to 330, and 380 pounds respectively. They
are priced accordingly.
We also have special order motors, up to 300 Nm (110 Volt),
92 mm in diameter.
